Q: I FORGOT MY PASSWORD.

You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you. You can then reset your new password.
Q: WHY WAS MY ORDER PAYMENT CANCELLED?
A: There might be various reasons for payment cancellation, but we suggest you to check these steps and retry the payment process.
- Please check if the funds for the order payments are sufficient in your bank account.
- If you have been issued with a new Credit/Debit card by your bank, it is possible that some of the details might be changed regarding the same. Coordinate with your bank to resolve the issue.
- Please recheck the details you entered of your Debit/Credit cards such as Name, Date and crucial information.
Q: HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Due to lack of inclusion of cosmetic chemicals in our products, our offerings are made for use by first attempt only. Thus, our product can’t be returned in any case of fluctuations of decisions by the customers.
Q: HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: We, at The Peacock Box delicately formulate our products to offer wellbeing to our customers and that is why our offerings are made to use through first attempt only. Q: HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND?
A: After order cancellation and applying for refund, it may take 7-15 days for you to get a refund back to the original source of payment depending upon your bank’s standard operations.
Q: HOW DO I RECEIVE THE INVOICE OF MY ORDER?
A: After confirming your order from our side, you will receive the invoice at your registered email.
Q: WHEN WILL THE PRODUCT BE DELIVERED?
A: The product might be delivered to you within 5 to 7 days of placing an order. Time of delivery may fluctuate according to the coverage of pincodes, climate situations and operational status.

Q: WHAT DO THE PEACOCK BOX DO TO PREVENT DAMAGE ON PRODUCT DURING DELIVERY?

Our products are packaged with 3 or 5 Ply Box and sophisticatedly treated with cotton pads to make it defensive and resistant against all kinds of jerks possible during delivery.

A: You can track your order by initiating your Tracking ID provided to you while placing an order. All the tracking details will be sent to you via email to your registered email id.
Q: IS GST (GOODS AND SERVICE TAX) OR/AND VAT (VALUE ADDED TAX) INCLUDED ?
A: Yes, VAT &/OR GST is included in the product price.
Q: CAN I ORDER ‘OUT OF STOCK’ PRODUCTS?
A: Yes, you can order the product even if it is out of stock. Further stock updation of the product will be informed to you consequently.
